At 3AO, We're All About Clients
Every designer says they are about service, but some just don’t deliver. If you feel your reputation and design skills deliver 5-star “Nordstrom” service and design excellence, then we’d love to have you apply to be listed within the 3AO marketplace.
Membership within the consortium is free. All we ask is that you deliver rock star service and exceptional design and copy to your clients. Once you apply, our team of professionals will review your website’s content and your portfolio for acceptance.
What Are The Rules?
There really are no rules. But there are just a few things we’d like you to keep in mind as a member of 3AO. We’re a consortium that provides our members with marketing. It’s our marketing that brings clients to the marketplace to see you and your services.
Of course all this marketing takes time and money. So here are the things you can do to help group grow our marketing. And please note that NONE of these are required for your participation.
Requests:
- Maintain exceptional client service and design services.
- Individuals and Studios are welcomed.
- Must be US or EU based. (More regions coming soon.)
- Run inexpensive ads on 3AO, the cost starts at $5 per week per ad.
- Offer clients any type of creative service that fits within 3AO’s marketplace. The only restriction here is that we do not market other web hosting companies since that is what we are.
- Refer your hosting clients to 3AO.com and receive a 20% ongoing affiliate commission. (Separate signup required.)
- Use the 3AO Marketplace Tips page to voluntarily pay 3AO a 5% commission on clients who buy services from you using the platform. No, this is not mandatory; but if 3AO brought you the client, please help the group’s marketing efforts and help all of us continue along our marketing journey.
No draconian TOS forcing you to submit or else! No restricting your communications with clients by blocking emails or URL’s on the chat platform. No demands for payment. We’re all on the honor and integrity system here.

All you need to do is register for a new listing account and then create your first ad for whatever service you want to provide.
Once we receive your ad copy, we’ll review your submission, your company information and your portfolio (which should be on your website).
Once you’re approved, you’ll begin enjoying all the benefits of being an elite member of the 3AO marketing consortium. We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
